Sanne’s Story: Sanne has been trained in the LYT Yoga® method created by a physical therapist that is based on the three principles of Physiology, Kinesiology and Neurology. The intention of these classes is to re-establish more optimal movement patterns. This makes it a great practice to supplement your training when you are doing a lot of other sports and is a great way to prevent or heal minor injuries. You can think of it as 'prehab', so you don't need rehab. You will learn to understand how to move and feel better. Not only improving your posture, but also creating more sustainable movement patterns in other sports, or just daily life.
