Born and raised in Palo Alto, California, Rob Peters embarked on a remarkable journey that began with his service in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic in the early 1990s. Following Rob's military career, he transitioned into the hospitality industry, starting as a bartender at Fanny and Alexander in Palo Alto. Alongside Rob's bartending role, he dedicated time to working with children at the Children's Health Council, where he served as both a Crisis Manager and Physical Education Instructor.
In 2008, Rob took a significant step by opening First and Main Sports Lounge in Los Altos, California, which he successfully managed until its closure in 2017. During this period, he also celebrated personal milestones, including marriage and the joy of raising two wonderful boys.
Most recently, Rob has taken on the role of Bar Manager and Bartender at Rustic House, continuing to thrive in the restaurant business after three decades. Rob's passion for the industry and the challenges it presents remain as strong as ever.
