Clancy comes to Fremont Hills with a wealth of experience after going to school at University of the Pacific and spending his formative years with his Uncle in Portola Valley. Clancy always had a passion for food and beverage. His career with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprise at Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris in Las Vegas lasted 18 years. He then wanted to get into Luxury Hotels where he worked for Shangri La in Santa Monica. He then went down to Orange county where be became the Banquet Manager for a Forbes Five Star Hotel The Resort at Pelican Hill. From there Clancy went to work at Carmel Valley Ranch where he met his wife Abby who was the Pastry Chef. Most recently Clancy was with Hilton at Hayes Mansion. Clancy enjoys golfing with his wife and playing with their three French Bulldogs, Abel Franklin, Stella Grace and the iconic Fillmore West.
